I.M.P.A.C.T is a student-led initiative designed to foster a culture of innovation, engagement, and holistic development in the students of St. Joseph’s Degree College. Through a variety of cultural, literary, and developmental events, I.M.P.A.C.T aims to provide a platform for students to develop their skills, showcase their talents, enrich their campus life and build a vibrant community together.
Our activities span diverse areas, including debates, quizzes, cultural festivals, and skill-building workshops. These initiatives are intended to support students in their academic pursuits while also contributing to their personal growth, empowering them to take on leadership roles and make meaningful contributions to campus life.

Our committee logo conveys a powerful message about the values upheld by the student committee through its symbolic elements. The torch at the top represents knowledge, enlightenment, and leadership, serving as a guiding light for growth and excellence. The open book beneath it symbolizes learning, intellectual development, and the pursuit of academic success, while the laurel leaves on either side stand for achievement, victory, and honour, reflecting the committee’s commitment to excellence and recognizing student accomplishments.
