Lecture provided the essential foundational elements for the students exploring self-awareness, leadership skill-building, identifying and articulating various facets like cultural, social and familial that contribute to the formation of one’s identity. In addition, they discovered their strengths and learnt how to use those attributes translating self-knowledge into leadership acumen, contributing to personal and professional success.
